"After recording all the parts for my album, Are We Angels, I decided to include fiddle. Good friend and award-winning piano accordionist Colette O’ Leary, had no hesitation in suggesting Rowan Piggott who she described as an all-round good guy and top fiddle player. She was right! Rowan was so easy to work with via phone and audio message and took such care and attention to detail, really understanding what I wanted. He incorporated my ideas and also added his own lovely interpretations, making his contribution very special. As for his fiddle playing, I was bowled over when I received the first fiddle track. It was just perfect and he went on to contribute to the rest of my album.
